This study started from the viewpoint that authors can go through internal healing process through their works jut as interviewees undergo internal healing process through creation in an art therapy. Among them, this researcher looked into the correlation of change process and healing process revealed at artist, Louise Bourgeois\' works focusing the changes of media, topics and sizes. At Louise Bourgeois\' works, various media such as drawing pen, latex, marble, soft cloth etc. were used to express aggressiveness, relieve stress,and create a firm self-portrait of internal world. At the initial stage, a topic was expressed as a woman psychologically suppressed, Bourgeois\' image was expressed as an metaphorically locked house and a cave house in a form of undifferentiated mass, while at the later stage, it was changed as rich and various women as an active woman not in restriction. In the aspect of size, as various media were used in paper work in plane, her viewpoint for the past and internal change process was more widened, and at the later age, it was changed as a form of larger volume and mass through spider work and secret room series, and a form of realistic and overwhelming scale and gigantic size. Also through the author\'s recollection, interview to the work process and work, the power revealing her trauma, which can be also be associated with internal growth. Thus at Louise Bourgeois\' creative work, a healing process through art own role to consciousness-raising trauma and emotions, and get an insight into them and healing process through art appeared at the change of media, topic and size, which can be seen as a clue for an interviewee to experience internal healing process and through creation and look into through a work.
